Football Gamedays in Athens are practically civic holidays. Approximately two hours before each home game, the Bulldogs are greeted and fired up by thousands of Georgia fans and the Redcoat Marching band as they unload on Lumpkin Street and walk through the Tate Center Parking lot and in to Sanford Stadium.
