Every 15 minutes, a child becomes a victim of neglect or abuse, and 200 cases are reported every day. Court Appointed Special Advocates Program, (CASA) is dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of neglected and abused children. CASA volunteers speak up for the best interests ofthese children in the foster system.
