$25...5K, $15...Fun Run Great evening/night race along the shores of Lake Lanier...Great easy course, with great music along the way. Race takes place entirely in West Bank Park (1050 Buford Dam Rd) which is set on the shores of Lake Lanier. All proceeds will benefit Adventure Amputee Camp to expand annual summer camps for children with amputations and limb differences. The camp has been in action since 1995 and encourages children to stretch their potential and imagination, and explore all that is possible despite physical differences. Packet Pickup starts at 5:30 pm, 5K starts at 6:30 pm, and the Fun Run starts at 7:45 pm. All participants registered by 8/20 are guaranteed a great race shirt and goody bag. 5K...$25; Fun Run...$15. Registration Fee includes park admission. Late and day of registrations are welcome for $30 (5K) & $20 (fun run). T-shirts will be 1st come 1st serve for participants registering after 8/20. Awards to the top overall Male & Female as well as the top 3 in all the regular age groups starting at 10 & under through 65+. Ribbons for all Fun Run finishers. All pre-registered participants will receive a great race shirt & goody bag. After you finish your run we'll have the normal banana's, water, and oranges and some other goodies, along with some awesome music.
