One-day group fitness instructor training to learn a high-energy kickboxing workout set to music. The format includes cardiovascular work with a sport specific warm-up, intervals, kickboxing specific strength/endurance training and a Tai-Chi style cool down.Participants will leave the training with fitness music, choreography, and an official TurboKick certification.
