The course is ideal for first time participants or seasoned triathletes and features an indoor pool swim, closed bike course and flat run course. Three age groups will participate in a time trial start. The bike course will be closed to traffic and monitored by Athens Clarke County police. The run leg is on the YWCO property and features a mix of grass and trails. Distances are 6-8: 50yd/2mi/600yd; 9-10: 100yd/3mi/1mi; and 11-13: 200yd/4 mi/1.3mi.
