University of Georgia President Michael Adams weighed in on several campus construction projects in a Thursday media briefing, saying plans for replacement for the Bolton Hall dining facility are not yet finalized; nor, says Dr. Adams, has the University reached a final decision on a controversial plan to demolish Legion Pool. There’s been a community outcry over a recently announced proposal to replace Legion Pool with a smaller pool to be built near Lake Herrick. That’s a $2 million plan that will have to be approved by the state Board of Regents.
