Athens Minister Held in Jamaica

There is trouble in Jamaica for an Athens minister: Steven Carter is 26 years old. He was arrested at a Jamaican airport after a security check found a single 22-caliber bullet in one of his bags. Carter could face terrorism charges in Jamaica. He reportedly claims he doesn’t own a gun and doesn’t know how the bullet got in his bag. Carter preaches at the Church at Southside in Athens.
