10TH District Congressman Paul Broun makes it official today: he will announce this afternoon in Atlanta his plans for run for the U.S. Senate seat that will open with the retirement of Republican Saxby Chambliss. Republican Broun’s campaign kickoff is set for 4 o’clock at the Hyatt Hotel in Atlanta. He’ll be the first to officially enter what is expected to be a crowded field of 2104 GOP primary candidates, one that could include other members of Georgia’s congressional delegation.
