The Oconee County Sheriff’s Department says last night’s car vs pedestrian accident on Union Church Road resulted in a fatality: 58 year-old Lynda Kelley of Watkinsville was the pedestrian; she was killed when she was struck by a car near the intersection of Union Church and Evans Roads.
