Madison County state Senator Frank Ginn is pushing a plan for a change in the way Georgia Senators serve their terms in the legislature: Republican Ginn wants four-year instead of two-year terms for lawmakers in the state’s upper chamber. His proposal would require a change in the state Constitution.
