The Georgia State Patrol has released the accident report on last week’s deadly accident in Barrow County, saying it does not appear to have been a case of hit-and-run. 52 year-old William Hubbard of Auburn was killed in the accident on Boss Hardy Road in Barrow County. Initial reports said Hubbard might have been hit by a car that left the scene; State Troopers now say that does not appear to have happened. Hubbard died after being taken to Grady Hospital in Atlanta.
