Athens-Clarke County Police say two burglary suspects are behind bars, arrested after the man whose residence they had robbed fired gunshots at their getaway van: Police say it happened on Boley Drive. The gunshots didn’t hit the burglars, but it did cause the driver to wreck the vehicle. He and his accused accomplice were arrested a short time later.
