She was reported missing from Jackson County in December of 2011 and was first feared to have been abducted: now the girl has been found in Baltimore. The Jackson County Sheriff’s Department says she has been returned to northeast Georgia and officials in Maryland are investigating possible criminal activities surrounding her case.
