Tripp Halstead undergoes more surgery today: the Barrow County boy has been hospitalized in Atlanta since late October. The 2 year-old suffered a severe brain injury when he was struck by a falling tree limb outside a daycare center in Winder, a tree limb brought down by high winds from Superstorm Sandy.
