It is becoming an all-too familiar story: another round of surgery for Tripp Halstead, the 2 year-old Barrow County boy who remains hospitalized in Atlanta, a severe brain injury after he was struck by a falling tree limb outside his daycare center in Winder. It happened back in October. Tripp’s latest surgery marks his eighth in the last four months.
