He achieved a measure of fame with last summer’s Comedy Central Steven Colbert “Too Hot to Fish” story out of Oconee County: now Chris Toole is again in trouble with the law, arrested this week, tasered by Oconee County Sheriff’s Deputies and slapped with multiple charges after a disturbance at his home on Rogers Road. He was booked into the Oconee County Jail, with bond set at $2,700.
