NASCAR help for Tripp Halstead

By Tim Bryant

The 2 year-old Barrow County boy who was hit by a tree limb at day care in Winder last month will have his own racecar this weekend. Jason Skaveeko, a NASCAR team owner from Dacula, is having a car painted to raise awareness of "Team Boom," the charity raising money for Tripp Halstead's medical bills. Tripp remains hospitalized at Childrens Health Care of Atlanta. NASCAR races this weekend in Homestead Florida.
