No Charges for Former Dog

Police say no charges have been filed in the case of a former Georgia Bulldog football star accused of threatening to beat up a referee during a football game: former Bulldog fullback Verron Haynes, now living in Woodstock, allegedly made the threats during a youth league game in Alpharetta, reportedly threatening to assault the ref who ejected his son from a game. Haynes coaches his son’s youth league team.
