Tom Odom, interim principal at Westside Middle School in Barrow County, says he is a candidate for the Oconee County School Board seat being vacated by Oconee County School Board Chair David Weeks. Weeks says he will not seek a third term. Odom retired two years ago as a teacher and principal in the Oconee County school system.
