Barrow County authorities say a woman they arrested last week in Winder has now been linked to as many as 65 automobile break-ins, with victims in Barrow, Oconee, Clarke, Franklin, and Jackson counties, as well as several counties in metro Atlanta. Raemonda Inschoe was arrested outside the YMCA in Winder. Winder Police say she was hoarding the stolen items in her home.
