Athens-Clarke County Police say they will step up enforcement of the Athens-Clarke County curfew ordinance. The statement comes as local students start their summer break. The ordinance says children under 18 are not to be out in public without parents or legal guardians between the hours of 11pm and 5am on Sunday through Thursday, and midnight and 5am on Fridays and Saturdays.
