Athens-Clarke County Police were, at last report, still searching for a suspect in a weekend robbery: police say a lone gunman held up a Golden Pantry convenience store on West Broad Street. He’s described as a white male with a tattoo on his neck, short dark hair with a partial beard and mustache. He’s said to have been wearing jeans and a black hooded sweatshirt at the time of the robbery.
