Georgia Bulldog football coach Mark Richt says his team could try to recruit some of the Penn State football players who are now free to relinquish their scholarships in Happy Valley: the NCAA slapped the Nittany Lions football program with severe sanctions, penalties handed down Monday in the wake of the Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse case.
