We have this morning the name of the second person charged in connection with the drug overdose death of a Barrow County teenager: Terry Littleton is 25, from Flowery Branch. He and former Winder Barrow Middle School teacher Emily Smith are accused of providing prescription painkillers to the 18 year-old who died on Valentine’s Day.
