University of Georgia Police say the death of a former student appears to have been a suicide: campus investigators say 26 year-old Charles Stell is believed to have been responsible for a campus computer security breach that was discovered earlier this fall. UGa reported in October that someone had gain unauthorized access to computerized personnel records of current past University employees. Police say Stell was a student at the University of Georgia from 2005 through 2007. Athens-Clarke County Police are in on the ongoing investigation.
