Tripp Halstead could be home as early as next week: the 2 year-old Barrow County has been recovering at hospitals in Atlanta since last October. He was struck in the head by a tree limb outside a daycare center in Winder, a branch toppled by high winds from Superstorm Sandy. Tripp Halstead was the only Georgia casualty of that massive late October hurricane.
