The University of Georgia will work with the Athens Area Manufacturers Council in conducting survey of local manufacturing firms, looking to get a handle on manufacturing wages in an 11-county area of northeast Georgia. The survey takes place this spring. An information session takes place today, 4:30 this afternoon at the Georgia BioBusiness Center on Riverbend Road in Athens.
