A University of Georgia student from Atlanta wins a Rhodes Scholarship. Juliet Allan plans to graduate in December with bachelor’s degrees in Arabic, economics, and international affairs as well as a master’s degree in international policy. She is UGa’s fourth Rhodes Scholar in the past six years.
