The state Department of Early Care and Learning has cleared the Cribs to Crayons Daycare Center in Winder of any wrongdoing in the October 29 incident that seriously injured a Barrow County boy. 2 year-old Tripp Halstead remains hospitalized in Atlanta, almost a month since he was struck by a tree limb toppled by high winds from Hurricane Sandy. The Department has issued a statement say there were no rules violations associated with the incident.
