Outcry Outside Presidential Palace in Egypt
Thousands gather outside the Presidential Palace in Cairo. They are still outraged over President Mohamed Mursi's decision to expand his powers. Officials say the unrest prompted the Islamist president to leave the building. Mursi ignited a storm of unrest in his bid to prevent a judiciary still packed with appointees from the former regime from derailing a troubled political transition. Familiar sounds on the street as demonstrators call for change.
