Casey Anthony has become a pariah so to speak after the infamous trial that shook the country , but in the wake of her non-guilty verdict , is the accused murderer allegedly turning to plastic surgery?
As the 25-year-old awaits her release , questions regarding her safety have arose and reports have mentioned how she could go under the knife to hide her identity. Casey herself has reportedly denied the claim but a plastic surgeon weighs in on how a new face could actually help her get a fresh start.
