On a Personal Note: Love, Loss and Cancer By Martha Zoller

Over the last three months, I've lost my sister and my mother to cancer. I am a Christian, so I believe that they are saved through grace and are in heaven now in a better place than I can ever imagine. Seven months ago, my mother moved in with us. With my sister's illness progressing and my mother's diagnosis, we didn't and she didn't want to be alone. We have a big noisy home with dogs and projects and adult children coming and going. Lin and I work during the day and mom was lonely at night and it seemed like a perfect match and it was.
